Gus (Foster to Adopt Program)

Just look at that handsome face and silly personality! Gus is a rambunctious little guy who loves people, playing and snuggling. He’s been raised around lots of love and other cats, so he’s super sweet and affectionate.  Gus was rescued from a high kill shelter along with her mother and sister. He has received lots of love and attention from his foster family and is very gentle and sweet. Like all kittens he loves to play and chase things. Even though he has not be raised with dogs, he would do well if introduced correctly.

Even though he’s young, you can start making Gus your own with our special “Foster to Adopt” program. This program allows you to take your new kitten home now, and then return to us just long enough for final shots. During the program, you will need to do bi-weekly phone check-ins and comply with any necessary medical needs. We will support your kitten’s transition with expert advice and guidance during this time. Once everything is finalized, your kitten will be ready to live with you furever.

As a kitten, his adoption fee is $100, plus $15 for the mandatory rabies license. We are a 100% volunteer organization, so every penny goes to covering the cost of food, fostering, meds, veterinary care, and ensuring they have the best possible life by finding a loving home with the right person. Adoption fees also help us “pay it forward” to keep rescuing more cats and kittens from terrible circumstances.

All of our cats and kittens are handled with loving care, tested for feline leukemia and AIDS, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped, receive flea treatment, and are examined by a veterinarian before being spayed or neutered. If any cat or kitten has special needs, we do whatever it takes to help them.
